Arrive early and bring a friend to help with early shoppers. Secure and watch your valuables.
Bring change in a money box or apron ($10 in quarters; single dollar bills).
Bring snacks/drinks/lunch in an ice chest.
Have grocery bags, newspapers (for fragile items), and hangers available.
Bring a receipt book for record keeping.
Use clothing racks or pile clothing on a tarp or ground cloth.
Enter the Sports Arena parking lot near the event sign on Sports Arena Blvd. Parking attendants will direct you to the appropriate line. If you have advance reservations for rows K-T, you may use the entrance on Kurtz St. behind the Sports Arena.
You and your helpers must have your hand stamped if you leave the Swap Meet and plan to re-enter during the day.
Restrooms are available inside the Sports Arena. You may enter through the West entrance from 7:00 am to 2:45 pm.
If you're renting equipment from Equipment Rentals, you may pick up items at either location (near the main entrance or the back gate). Items must be returned by 3:30 pm.
